Privacy Policy

Effective date: 25 July 2026. This policy describes what personal data Comparyze processes and why.

What we store

Account data only: username, e-mail address (for password resets and notifications), a salted password hash, and standard technical logs (IP address and timestamps of requests) kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share personal data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not profile users. Competitor price data shown in the Service comes from publicly available websites and contains no personal information.

Cookies

One session cookie, used solely to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies.

Sub-processors

Hosting: DigitalOcean (EU data centre). Transactional e-mail (password resets, notifications): Resend. Both process data only on our instructions.

Retention & your rights

Account data is kept for the lifetime of the subscription and deleted on request after it ends. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time: hello@comparyze.com.
