Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 July 2026. These terms govern the use of the Comparyze service ("the Service"). By signing in you accept them on behalf of the company whose account you use.

The Service

Comparyze provides competitor price intelligence for vehicle-rental companies: automated collection of publicly available rental prices, dashboards, reports and exports. Access is subscription-based and granted per company account and market.

Accounts

Accounts are personal to your company. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access when a subscription lapses or the Service is misused.

Data & accuracy

Prices are collected automatically from public websites at a point in time and may differ from what a given site shows later. The Service is a decision-support tool — we do not guarantee completeness or fitness of any particular figure, and we are not liable for pricing decisions made from it.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape or redistribute the Service or its data outside your company without written consent; do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
